A warranty is your protection against defective workmanship – it is not a guarantee of product life or more important, of comfort life. Even though your current bed may have a warranty of 10 to 15 years, that doesn’t mean it will provide maximum comfort and support for that long. If your body changes or your life changes, you may need a new bed.

Limited Warranty & Guarantee

What does a Limited Warranty & Guarantee mean?

A factory guarantee repair or replacement period is against faulty workmanship and faulty materials, not extending to damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse or negligence.
A service warranty period is the balance of the period outside of the guarantee period where the cost of repair or replacement is borne by the customer on a pro rata basis for the remainder of the service warranty period.
